Christmas Time

I hope all of you had a lovely Christmas Time! Ours was nice! I have to be honest, I did not want to celebrate Christmas this Year. Not sure why, maybe because of my surgery a few Days before Christmas, or maybe the fact that my Father-In-Law wasn´t really nice to me. Or just because the Year 2011 just wasn´t my Year! But it was nice. My Parents came the 24. with my Grandma to our House and wanted to celebrate with us Christmas.

So they took our lil man for a walk and searched for the Christmas-Angel, while we put all our Gifts and the Gifts from the Family for our Son under the Tree! And when they came back, he was thrilled about all the Gifts.


Not all, but the nearest to the Heart - Family and Friends and Aunts and Uncles and God-Parents made him feel so special, and we sure felt special too! Thank you soooooo much! We love you!


We had such a good Dinner, my Husband made us soooooooo delicious Steaks. Actually I have planned to make a Turkey, but after my surgery I didn´t feel good and able to handle a whole Turkey, so we decided on Steaks! And they where soo good.



The next Day (25) we went to my Grandmas House and met the Rest of the Family, we went out for Lunch. And had a fabulous Day! We finally were able to play Games together and make a lil chit-chat. It was so nice! And our Son had so much fun to play with the Train and the Car-Race. He loves to be at my Grandmothers House.









The 26. we went to a part of my Husbands Family, and I really have to say, normally it is really stressy and not much fun, and with an almost 3 Year old Boy that keeps you busy it is hard to relax, but it was a Day full of Fun & Laughter and Good Food!


So our Christmas was good!
And maybe 2012 will also be a good Year for me!

Ich bin dabei! Ich freue mich riesig! Ich habe es bisher immer nur auf Bloggs in Amerika lesen können. Und war schon sehr neidisch. Dann habe ich es auf der Stempelwiese gelesen und mich angemeldet. Wohoooooooo, dass wird toll!

Good Bye to a wonderful Person

We had to say Good Bye to a wonderful Grandma and Great-Grandma.
She was the Grandmother of my Husband and such a lovely Person.
Her Door was always open for everyone. She never talked bad about anybody.


She died October, 16. 2011

We will miss her soo much. My Husband and I are so glad that we visited her this summer with our Caravan. When we left, we left her with a good feeling, that she will be OK.

We told our son that she now is in Heaven and takes care of us. And he asked if "URLI" (that´s how he called her) will come back down some time. =( and we said no, she has to stay up in Heaven and watch us.

Loooooooooooong Time Noooooooooo Blog-Post

So I finally have a bit time to Blogg. No Pictures, but I will post some soon.

We are going on a vacation, wohoooooooo! We are sooooooo excited, we haven´t been really gone since 2 Years. And I am so glad that the Hubster is off work for a few Weeks. And I am glad to leave all the stress behind me for a while.

We rented a caravan from good Friends. And I just have to say, we are really, really, really Excited. We are going to Austria.
Jack is so happy to go on vacation with an caravan, he asked the whole week when we will finally go look at the caravan, and when we will pick it up. So you can really say he is excited. We bought him a small caravan to play with, and he always says "mommy caravan vacation".

I will stop writing now, with a HUGE Smile on my Face, that says, wohoooooooo we are going on vacation.

Happy New Year and some new Pics

First of all I want to wish everybody a Happy New Year. I know I am a bit late =)


As my Dear Friend Julia says, may 2011 be better than 2010 and worse than 2012! =)




We have been quite busy these past months. So here are a few things we have done last year.

We had our yearly Photoshoot. Every Year around Christmas we have a Photoshoot. We take the best Picture and make our Christmas Cards with that Pic. This Year we took this one:

In this Picture Jack had his first 2 Teeth, we were so proud.
